Manchester City Line Up for Leicester Game

Manchester City will host 2016 premier league champions, Leicester City at the Etihad stadium on Saturday and will hope to consolidate on their good season so far.

The Citizens will want to round up their season as early as possible as the champions league is approaching and will want to have a good standing in the lead gap over second place Manchester United before then. Pep will be putting out his best team for this game.

Goalkeeper

Ederson has been fantastic all season for City and will keep his place in the team. He will be hoping to keep a clean sheet in this encounter. He is arguably one of the best goalkeeper in the league this season.

Defenders

Pep Guadiola will be going with Kyle Walker at right full back while he will have to trust young champ, Oleksandr Zinchenko as he will have to start ahead of Fabian Delph at left back.

The duo of Aymeric Laporte and Nicholas Otamendi are first choice in recent games for City and will start in the defence against Leicester. They will be charged with protecting their goal line.

Midfielders

Fernandinho has been one of the most consistent player for City all season and he will be in the defensive midfield role for the Citizens. Iker Gundongan will partner Fernandinho in the central midfield and he will be representing David Silva who is being dropped due to family concerns. Kelvin De Bruyne will be providing the creative touch in the midfield.

Attackers

Bernardo Silva has been starting since the injury to Leroy Sane and he will continue in that position while Raheem Sterling also start with Sergio Aguero leading the attack. The Argentine has been in good form lately and he still has his eye on the golden boot this season.
